Dr. Kochar's House of Smiles is one of the best dental clinics in chandigarh. Dr. Prag and Dr. Manisha are the best in treatment of patients and always keep smiling like their clinics name HOUSE OF SMILES. Team of doctors perform their duties with full dedications and behave very nicely while attending the patients. Reception staff is very polite and cooperative to explain everything to patients nicely. Even their services specially mailing and reminder call prior to appointment time is admirable.Above all till date all COVID precautions are being followed by the Doctors and staff .The best thing in this clinic is a meditation room for the relaxation of mind and soul before treatment of the patients. Recently, we had the opportunity to visit Dr Kochar’s Dental Clinic in Sector 21, Chandigarh for our dental check ups. Dentists conducted thorough checkups and explained the condition of our teeth in detail to us. Dental procedures like filling up of our teeth were painless. Dentists gave us advice on the maintenance of oral hygiene. We now feel more confident and carful about dental health and no more take our teeth casually. It was an amazing experience when I visited the clinic today. The energy level, transparency in the system and the way of dealing with patients everything was in line even after 7 years. I had visited the clinic 7 years back and that time both the doctors were so much polite & they both are still doing the same thing even after so many years. Today, I met with Dr. Manisha & Dr. Parag they both recognized me very rapidly. So it really gives a good feeling to a patient when his/her doctor recognize him/her even after 7 years. The entire setup was very fine in terms of hygiene, service quality & patient care & this shows it is the best clinic in the region. The entire team is really doing a good job. Dr Kochar's House of Smiles is an outstanding clinic for all types of Dental treatments. The ambience, decor and the get up of the clinic is beyond compare. They follow all essential health check ups like, pulse, BP and temperature each time you visit them. Covid protocol is meticulously followed. The staff is polite and ever smiling and courteous. I have recently undergone a root canal treatment. Dr Parag Kochar attended to me. The treatment was entirely free of any pain and discomfort. I am an old patient of this clinic and am happy to say they have not become complacent over the period of time. The only thing I feel they need to do something about is to have a bigger waiting area, because with their popularity the footfall has increased. Outstanding experience 👏 . Everything is perfect from top to bottom . Entire management from reception staff to doctors treatment is well organised . They do a small prayer before every treatment which I and my family liked the most . It helps to create a positive feeling . My Daughter got two teeth extraction from Dr. Pratishtha Khatkar . Doc and her assistant miss mamta are really great . I am short of words to describe my feeling . I visited Dr Kochar on a lazy Sunday afternoon, in tremendous amount of pain on account of a carious wisdom tooth. I had been I pain for a week, couldn't sleep, couldn't work. I belong to the medical profession as well and it was getting impossible for me to work. The entire team at House of smiles, and Dr Kochar himself were extremely prompt and professional. I needed a tooth extraction, Dr Kochar was very reassuring, very meticulous and very calm, at every stage of the procedure I was informed what was being done and before I even knew, Viola! The problematic tooth was out! Dr Kochar is a through gentleman and an astute clinician. He made sure that this was the first and last time I would be bothered with this problem. I visited the clinic today, and I loved the service. The staff was super friendly, it was nice and clean. The dentist who treated me today was also super nice (Dr. Sahil Thakur). He helped me throughout the treatment, whenever I asked for a photo of my teeth to see the progress, he did it. They even pray at the start of the treatment, which I've never seen anywhere and I liked it. Even if I had the slightest pain they stopped the treatment and told me to stay calm and everything was going great, they even gave me a warning before that I might feel a bit sensitive. My case was taken up by Dr Munnasha Rastogi and was assisted by Mr Anmol and Ms Sakshi and the whole experience was extremely smooth and pleasant. Dr Munnasha is highly skilled and gentle dentist. I visited Dr. Kochar's House of smile for treatment of my son. Dr. Pratishtha khatkar (CHILD SPECIALIST) listened to our kid's problems patiently and provided the quality treatment for our son. During the treatment , whole time she kept on conversing (in a funny way) with my son to distract him from feeling nervous(which I liked the most). My son never feared to visit the doctor as the treatment took 3-4 sittings, just because of the doctor 's loving and caring nature. As I am CGHS beneficiary and Dr Kocher's House of Smiles is on the list of CGHS empaneled hospitals, I visited here for my dental treatment .what I have observed here is that DKHOS is NABH Accredited Dental Clinic and has extra ordinary infrastructure ,well maintained neat and clean. Working procedure is very systamatic. Staff is well behaved , caring trained and knowledgeable. They follow all primary carona's formalities with all the patients. Doctors take proper care of the patients during their treatment. During all my visits, I was treated comfortabley. I am happy and satisfied with the way ,Doctor tackled my problems . I walked in without an appointment, a bit worried due to wisdom tooth pain. Thankfully, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and managed to fit me into the schedule. I was assigned to Dr. Pragya, who pleasantly surprised me by offering a small prayer before the check-up — something I found a bit amusing at the time and didn’t take too seriously. Well, joke's on me — I’m now set to get all four wisdom teeth removed! That said, Dr. Pragya was excellent.
